Two Goats, Each Complete Yet Standing Together
The sculpture is formed by two goats resting closely in front of and behind one another. As the viewing angle changes, each figure can be seen independently, while the two also form a single, harmonious silhouette.
They remain close without replacing one another. Their arrangement reflects a mature relationship in which each person keeps their own place while willingly making room for the other.
Horns Moving from Difference Toward Accord
Each set of horns rises along its own path before crossing and converging into a responsive composition—the defining visual language of Entwined.
Being together does not mean being without differences. It is because two people are distinct that understanding, adjustment, and the willingness to soften certain edges can create a deeper connection.
Gentleness Is Not Fragility
The full, grounded volume of the two goats gives the work a quiet physical strength. Their leaning posture and flowing horns keep that strength from becoming rigid.
A lasting bond is sustained by mutual trust and understanding rather than control. Gentleness does not require surrendering one’s principles; it creates the space in which both people can remain fully themselves.
